Systems engineering, end to end
Oscar Garicano Venini is a software and hardware systems engineer and freelancer of about nine years. He lives in Mallorca: remote-first from there, with occasional on-site travel when a project needs it. He works in Spanish, English and German.
The through-line is device → app → cloud: from firmware and embedded electronics to backends, dashboards and modernisation of legacy or regulated systems. He has built and shipped in cold-chain, industrial IoT and certified Android payment terminals.
As founder of digitalmallorca.es, the commercial focus is B2B consulting and bespoke apps — with a multi-purpose SaaS hub (invoicing, education, digital health…) that proves production-grade standards.

Lavego AG / myPOS — Principal engineer
Principal engineer on certified Android POS (nexo/EMV): largest individual contributor on the nexoFAST app. AI agents and custom apps for lab tests and certifications.
